About the Role
Orbis is partnering with a key client in the Defence sector to hire an experienced Project Manager to lead a critical workstream within a major office consolidation programme. This role requires an individual with a strong background in delivering multi-disciplinary infrastructure solutions within complex environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee vendors and internal technology project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment.
- Lead and coordinate full infrastructure server migrations within the programme.
- Manage fixed processes, tendering, and phased infrastructure design to ensure structured and compliant implementation.
- Engage with senior stakeholders, driving decision-making and ensuring programme objectives are met.
- Apply a problem-solving and adaptable approach to navigate complex technical and business landscapes.
Key Requirements
- Extensive experience in project management within complex environments, ideally within Defence, Government, or regulated industries.
- Strong expertise in infrastructure, office consolidations, and technology-driven change programmes.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and third-party vendors effectively.
- Experience leading server migrations and multi-phase infrastructure implementations.
