Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
Employer: Red Rock Consultants, in partnership with an established M&E business
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing M&E installations, specifically fire alarms and lighting upgrades.
- Managing the project on-site, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
- Collaborating with electrical and mechanical teams, with a focus on electrical work and an understanding of mechanical systems (including sprinkler systems and sanitary ware installations).
Ideal Candidate:
- Electrically biased, with a good understanding of mechanical aspects.
- Previous experience in student accommodation projects is preferred.
- Must hold an SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) and First Aid certification.
