We are looking for a Senior Project/ programme Manager - Finance Transformation to manage and optimize finance systems, including FP&A and consolidation tools. This role involves collaborating with finance and IT teams to enhance financial reporting and drive system improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee finance system implementations and enhancements.
- Partner with finance and IT teams to optimize workflows and data accuracy.
- Ensure seamless integration between FP&A tools, ERP, and consolidation platforms.
- Manage financial consolidation, planning, and reporting projects.
- Develop project plans and ensure timely execution.
- Automate processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
- Train finance teams on system functionalities.
- Stay updated on finance technology trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Information Systems (MBA or CPA preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in finance systems management.
- Experience with finance tools like SAP, Oracle, Workday Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, or Hyperion.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with automation, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
