Description
A leading Financial Services Client is seeking to recruit a Credit Risk Analyst on an initial 12 month contract to be based in the Leeds site on a hybrid basis, 2x days per week in the office.
Team Overview:
You will join the Credit Reference Agency (CRA) Reporting Standards team, which is responsible for defining policy and control standards and providing support and oversight to multiple teams across the Group to ensure accurate reporting of data to the CRAs to support responsible lending across the wider industry. The team is also actively involved in industry conversations and initiatives relating to data shared to CRAs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and interpreting material from multiple sources, including industry and internal documentation to be able shape proposals and make recommendations.
- Identifying, developing and interpreting useful data sources and solutions to support oversight activity and proposals.
- Preparing committee packs, accurately taking minutes and following up on actions and agenda items.
- Facilitating regular meetings and adhoc discussions between a wide range of colleagues.
What You'll Need:
We need someone that thrives with being given a problem and finding a solution. Specifically we're looking for;
- Strong understanding of Credit Risk, Collections, and CRA Reporting
- Ability to understand complexities, presenting findings and recommendations clearly and concisely, allowing decisions to be made
- Strong stakeholder management with confidence connecting with a diverse senior audience influencing outcomes
- Experience building PowerPoint presentations
