Position Overview
We are looking for an investment analyst who could join our direct deal team for 3-6 months and work for a minimum of 2 days a week starting immediately. This can be flexible and may become a full-time role. It would suit either an MBA student who is able to work part time or an interim/contracting Investment Analyst/Manager.
Responsibilities
The role will cover most stages of the private equity process from origination, review of the new investment proposals, due diligence and execution of new deals.

Candidate Requirements
- Genuine interest in the UK SME private equity market
- Interest in the technology sector
- Capacity to work independently with 100% commitment
- Interest in hands-on work
- Team player
- Excellent Microsoft Office & Power Point capabilities
- Corporate finance skills and modelling experience
- MBA/MIF Level student
- Impeccable written and spoken Business English Language is a prerequisite
