Job Overview:
We are seeking experienced Scrum Masters to guide and coach our agile teams, ensuring that we deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs. The successful candidate will be adept in agile practices and principles, facilitating effective collaboration within the team and across the organisation.
Essential / Minimum Criteria:
- Government Experience – GDS Framework
- Knowledge of an agile framework or method (i.e. Scrum, Scrum of Scrums), or understanding of software development life cycle models
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Agile Team or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Level 1 Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I).
- Strong communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills.
- Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum) and traditional project management principles.
- Proficient in user story refinement, estimation, and other Scrum techniques.
- Proven planning and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in training and mentoring team members.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and fluent in English, both written and verbal.
