Day Rate: £1,500 - £2,000 per day

I am looking for a strategic Interim CFO for a boutique investment banking firm and its parent company, a US-based property developer with finance and tech interests, as they navigate an ambitious growth and restructuring phase, including a planned listing on the Abu Dhabi Stock Exchange (ADX). This is a strategic leadership role, requiring an experienced finance executive with international exposure, board-level expertise, and strong financial oversight skills. The focus is on group-level financial governance, financial structuring, and investor engagement, rather than granular operational finance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the financial strategy and structuring to support the group's evolving capital markets position.
- Provide forward-looking financial planning and reporting, ensuring robust governance and financial oversight.
- Oversee group-level financial controls, ensuring alignment across US, UK, and UAE business entities.
- Collaborate with the Chairman and CEO (US-based) to manage financial strategy, investor relations, and reporting.
- Guide the development of financial operations, team culture, and reporting structures to support long-term growth.
- Manage relationships with institutional investors, venture capital firms, and high-net-worth stakeholders.
- Ensure the group's financial structure is aligned with future international expansion and potential capital raises.

Key Requirements:
- CFO-level experience in an investment banking technology real estate or financial services environment (Client will however consider all backgrounds).
- Strong board-level and investor-facing financial leadership experience.
- Extensive international finance expertise with a strong understanding of cross-border financial regulations and reporting.
- Expertise in financial structuring corporate governance; strategic planning.
- Strong understanding of institutional fundraising private equity; debt markets.
- Ability to operate at group level overseeing Financial Strategy across multiple business entities.
- Immediate availability; ability to work closely with executive stakeholders.
