Description
Leading UK Retailer are looking to hire an Interim Finance Project Manager for a 6 month interim period initially, reporting into the Finance Leadership. The expectation is that the assignment will be delivered in a hybrid working pattern…with a combination of remote working and at least 2/3 days per week in their head office in Leicestershire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support finance team with standardisation of cyclical finance processes
- Work within newly implemented ERP to map all finance processes
- Identify, recommend and implement new efficient processes to fix gaps in month-end close process
- Ensure that all finance staff are able to work with new processes, to ensure repeatability
Candidate Profile:
- Qualified Accountant
- Experienced Senior Finance Professional, with a business partnering mentality
- Strong experience of process mapping of data in Finance ERPs
- Background in a multi-site environment (Retail or similar), with an appreciation of multiple cost centres
