Your new company
A ventilation & passive fire protection specialist operating in Flintshire requires temporary administrative support to assist their busy projects team until the end of March.

Your new role
You will be reporting to both the Contracts Manager and Commercial Manager, and provide support to the wider projects team. Your main responsibilities will include managing project documentation, including maintaining accurate records and files, and will also include but not be limited to:
- Project material ordering
- Reviewing reports and sending them to the client
- Completing project documentation prior to start date
- Including RAMS, engineer certificates, matrix, company competency forms, etc.
- Sales order
- Raising jobs and uploading required information/documentation
- Raising quotations
- Once the costing has been finalised and agreed
- Ensuring company training records are up-to-date and obtaining files for compliance
- Chasing subcontractors for reports
- Gathering daily updates from the site manager and emailing all senior staff

What you'll need to succeed
You will have prior admin experience within a construction or engineering environment, have excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Experience providing project support is preferred.
