The Role
BlupaceTech is hiring a solution Architect in UK
Its a contractual opportunity , Onsite opportunity at Sunbury on Thames

This role is required to:
- Assess the domain IT landscape assessment and Application portfolio optimization for gap analysis.
- Creation of solution and architectural views (logical| conceptual| development| execution| infrastructure & operations architecture)
- Study and define system requirements addressing stakeholder| portfolio concerns
- Ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new and emerging products/technologies
- Manage Non-Functional Requirement adaption for the solution
- Contribute towards white/technical papers and knowledge base
- Coordinate & Lead Technical discussions with IT Executives, IT SMEs, and End-Users during (as appropriate):
- PreSales,
- Solution Defense & Business Case Presentations
- Tool Capability and Enhancement Demos
- Due Diligence,
- Planning & Design
- Security Review,
- System Testing
- Value Realization & ROI discussions
Take end-to-end technical accountabilities for all transformation products that get deployed within the account:
- Create and validate the solution design and technical architecture for tools
- Validate the overall timelines, key outcomes, critical success factors
- Develop/update artefacts for Security Compliance review processes/compliance
- Adjust the solution, technical design activities according to customer calibration/discussions
- Continue reviewing ongoing deployment progress ensuring adherence to program timelines
- Handle any technical escalations associated with deployed Technical Architects in various projects
- Resolve technical configuration deployment enhancement issues related to multiple technologies
Continue enhancing own learnings/skills to handle additional/new tools in scope:
Mentor train coach new resource(s) in team on an ongoing basis
Job Description – Minimal Requirements
Must have excellent communication (written conversation skills) in English language
Proven track record in End point monitoring tools like Systrack Nexthink Microsoft
16+ Years of proven experience in solutioning supporting enterprise customers
Must have the following degrees/certifications:
Bachelor’s degree (in Computer Science Engineering or any equivalent)
MCP or above ITIL v3 above
Extensive Experience in following technologies is preferred:
Windows OS Clients Servers
Active Directory Exchange O365
Software Distribution Tools like SCCM
RDP connectivity like Bomgar (Secure Remote Access)
Office365 Suite MS Outlook MS PowerPoint MS Excel MS Word MS Project MS Visio
ITSM tools like ServiceNow Remedy etc.
Extensive understanding of cloud server networking concepts
Experience writing scripts such as VB Script PowerShell Python good knowledge understanding programming concepts.
Well versed with APIs SSO Other Integrations
Well versed IDPs Monitoring Solutions
Additional desirable experience / certifications are:
Handling Complex Tools transformation project
Managing Operations / Service Delivery
Additional Project Management (Agile / Scrum / PMP / Prince2)
