Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive commercial support including Measurement, Estimating, Contract Review/Administration & procurement.
- Engage in project management activities to ensure successful project delivery.
- Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, subcontractors and specialist contractors.
- Preparing tender documentation, analysing tenders, and making tender recommendations.
Requirements
- Preferred degree in a quantity surveying or associated construction field.
- Minimum of 7 years' experience as a quantity surveyor.
- Experience within construction projects is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PDF, and other Microsoft programs.
- Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team to deliver high quality standards for every client.
- Experience within infrastructure projects is advantageous.
Package
Day rate is dependent on experience.
