Company Overview
You will be working for one of the UK's leading telecommunications companies - helping them to deliver Network, SDN and Automation related products in the Business-2-Business Space that are focussed on Cost Avoidance and Cost Savings.

Role Overview
As a Product Owner, you will define and prioritise product features, gather and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and delivery. Aligning products with market trends, customer needs, and business goals is crucial to success. You will be obsessed with creating customer-centric products that delight end-users, delivering value often and early.

Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to define the platform's vision, roadmap, and priorities, ensuring they align with our business objectives and deliver maximum value.
- Take end-to-end product ownership, acting as the primary point of contact for all product-related matters within Innovation & Planning.
- Own the demand funnel for your products; clearly understand and track the proposed benefits, investment committed per initiative and Epic.
- Find opportunities to celebrate wins; champion your product and team; build confidence in both.
- Foster a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame or retribution; emphasise problem-solving.
- Evaluate current processes by working with Lean Specialist & or Agile Business Analyst; map value stream and root cause analysis to streamline improvements.
- Ensure all demand is created in Agile Jira boards so they reflect the true state of all delivery items.

Requirements
If you apply you must be able to evidence previous experience working as a Product Owner within the Telecoms Industry in the Business-2-Business sector delivering products in the ISP/Network space. You will be a self-starter who is strongly motivated with practical experience working in Agile teams. Formal Product Owner Certification would be beneficial. Familiarity with assisting Development or Delivery teams is required along with skills in creating wireframing and mock-ups of product features. Knowledge of effective product lifecycle management in a complex environment is necessary.
