CityFibre is on a mission to transform the UK's digital infrastructure, and we’re looking for a Lead Change Project Manager to play a crucial role in delivering our ambitious Change Plan.The RoleAs Lead Change Project Manager, you’ll work alongside the Head of Change Delivery & Programmes to ensure the successful execution of large-scale transformation initiatives. You’ll take ownership of customer onboarding, centralised governance, and process optimisation to help them scale effectively.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate internal teams and external vendors for seamless project delivery. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Define project scope, objectives, and technical feasibility in collaboration with key stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and manage risks proactively. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to drive successful outcomes. Use data insights to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Influence and engage teams to embed change and drive operational excellence.What We’re Looking ForProven experience delivering transformation and change projects, ideally in telecoms or a fast-paced, customer-facing industry. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, etc.). Exceptional planning, time management, and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience working with BPO outsourcers, tech suppliers, and third-party partners. Ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and engaging way.
