Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in a business-critical migration project. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless transition of our critical business systems, working closely with key stakeholders to prioritise, triage, and establish a critical path for the migration.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape the success of a high-impact transformation project within a mergers and acquisitions (M&A) environment.
Key Considerations:
- Time is a key factor as the go-live date for these critical systems is set in stone and cannot be flexed.
- The ability to prioritise and adhere to deadlines is crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritisation & Triage: Assess and prioritise key migration activities to mitigate risks and ensure business continuity.
- Critical Path Management: Develop and manage a structured critical path for business systems migration.
- Data Flows & Business Process Modelling: Map, document, and optimise data flows and business processes to align with the migration strategy.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Set up and facilitate key meetings with business and technical stakeholders.
- Risk Identification & Mitigation: Work proactively to identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Mergers & Acquisitions Experience (Desirable): Experience in post-M&A integration would be advantageous.
