Job Overview
We’re looking for a motivated creator to produce and manage our YouTube content. You’ll film 3–4 videos per week showcasing our platform’s features, appear on camera (your face will also be used in thumbnails), and handle outreach to other YouTubers for collaborations.
What You’ll Do
- Video Production: Create engaging YouTube videos (3–4 per week) highlighting Basedlabs.ai’s features and updates.
- On-Camera Presence: Present clearly and confidently; your face will appear in both the videos and thumbnails.
- Editing & Thumbnails: Edit footage (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.) and design attention-grabbing thumbnails.
- SEO & Copywriting: Write SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, and tags to improve search visibility.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date with AI/tech trends and incorporate them into video content.
- Collaboration: Reach out to other YouTubers for cross-promotions and manage those relationships.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor video analytics (views, engagement, retention) and suggest improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Fluent (or highly proficient) in English, with strong on-camera communication skills.
- Proficient in video editing and basic design for thumbnails.
- Familiar with YouTube SEO and best practices.
- Strong interest in AI/tech, able to keep up with industry trends.
- Organized, self-driven, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communicator with the ability to manage partnerships and promotions.
