Description
The Premier League's digital media channels perform a vital role in helping grow the global reach of our competition, increasing engagement among football fans while supporting our member Clubs, broadcast licensees and commercial partners. This exciting role in our Digital Media department will support the ongoing growth and engagement of the Premier League database through owned and operated marketing channels, with a focus on automated fan journeys and digital campaigns via a new multi-channel orchestration strategy. This support will include working closely with internal and external colleagues and partners to identify and enhance opportunities across the Premier League's digital marketing portfolio, as well as building out a suite of optimised journeys to enable a true personalised Premier League fan experience. The right candidate will have an understanding of the Premier League's current digital marketing offering, appreciate its role in promoting content and products, including Fantasy Premier League, display meticulous attention to detail, demonstrate awareness and knowledge of industry trends and have a proficiency in Adobe Experience Platform.

Key Responsibilities
This exciting role will become an important addition to Digital Marketing team overseeing direct communication with fans through EDMs (Electronic Direct Mail), content & mobile marketing alongside native promotional campaigns directed digitally toward audiences.
You will be expected to play an important role enhancing direct-to-fan offerings contributing towards broader objectives within Digital Media department responsible for crafting optimising personalising communications targeting both new existing supporters alike.
The role involves but isn't limited too:
- Journey orchestration: Deliver personalised fan engagement through automated marketing multi-step journeys real-time activations.
- Messages & content: Writing proofreading creative copy outbound channels such as email push notifications.
- Ideation: Devising presenting ideas strategies direct-to-fan communications.
- Email design support: Collaborating technical graphic design specialists delivering visually impactful communications.
- Executing expertise: Assisting Senior Digital Marketing Manager production digital communications delivered Adobe platforms working alongside internal external colleagues.
Requirements for Role
Adobe Experience Platform: Experience using Adobe platform essential including Journey Optimizer HTML CSS expertise useful
Marketing Automation: Familiarity tools platforms awareness integrating other technologies
