Overview
DataAnnotation is seeking a proficient Software Developer to join our team on a contract basis to help train AI chatbots. This role offers the flexibility of remote work and the ability to choose your own schedule.
Responsibilities
- Come up with diverse problems and solutions for a coding chatbot.
- Write high-quality answers and code snippets.
- Evaluate code quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance.
- Measure the progress of the chatbots we are building.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
- Proficient in either Python and/or JavaScript. Proficiency in at least one programming language (JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, or Swift) is required.
- Excellent writing and grammar skills.
- A bachelor's degree (completed or in progress).
- Previous experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer.
Skills Required
- Ability to solve coding problems (similar to those found on LeetCode, HackerRank, etc.).
- Ability to explain how your solution solves the problem.

- Projects are paid hourly, starting at $40+ USD per hour, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work.
