Location: Hybrid (Home based with one day per week in Coventry office or Slough Office)

Role Overview:
The Web Operations Manager will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operation and ongoing evolution of the Leasys website, working with Leasys UK Marketing team to deliver Leasys content across leasys.com/uk and deliver optimised customer journeys across the digital ecosystem. This includes leasys.com/uk pages, lead generation, and CRM/PRM landing pages to meet business goals. The job holder will seek out opportunities and put forward actionable ideas.

Responsibilities:
- Help define, manage, deliver, and implement all aspects of Leasys content on the website and e-commerce (including but not limited to offer pages, services pages, imagery and videos, interactive elements, legal copy and finance copy).
- Work closely with key internal and external stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Legal, Central Digital, relevant agencies).
- Influence stakeholders as the gatekeeper to all website content while working in an advisory position across departments.
- Develop strategy for e-commerce and digital customer-facing platforms.
- Manage launch of an e-commerce website; design customer experience through strong project management for an industry-leading omnichannel experience.
- Manage deployment of new tools/systems or changes to existing tools/systems as required.
- Collaborate with relevant Leasys Central Marketing Digital teams for local adaptations.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Develop/manage leasys.com/uk according to local market requirements in collaboration with marketing teams.
2. Collaborate on development/implementation of content updates driving lead generation/best-in-class customer journey.
3. Monitor KPIs; report regularly on results; provide analyses/recommendations for improvements.
4. Update Leasys content on Brands' websites in collaboration with Stellantis UK CMO team.
5. Plan/manage implementation of major/minor website updates/evolutions considering all channels (mobile/tablet/desktop).
6. Ensure correct display of all website content on digital platforms ensuring legal compliance is met.
7. Liaise with marketing teams/agencies for regular SEO reporting/local analyses/recommendations enhancing customer experience.
8. Review competitors’ digital offerings for best practices/suggestions for improvement.
9. Regularly audit own websites/content effectiveness/performance verifying customer journeys are functional as required.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely execution of content updates maintaining high user experience standards.
- Take ownership of key digital initiatives ensuring legal/compliance presentation of products/services online.
- Stay informed about digital developments within/outside automotive industry; identify issues/analyze causes quickly implementing solutions minimizing impact on customers’ experiences.

Candidate Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree focused in marketing/media/digital/computing/web design preferred
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in website content or digital project role
- Good knowledge of Adobe web content management systems
- High level proficiency in Excel, Word & PowerPoint
- Experience using Google Analytics/Salesforce/Pimcore
- Knowledgeable about SEO strategies

This can be a pressurized busy department requiring agility/adaptability supporting colleagues depending upon overall priorities.
