WeDo is searching for an experienced Programme Director to lead the second phase of a global digital transformation programme. They are starting to source interested candidates this month for conversations to start next month around the programme. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic, delivery-focused leader with a strong background in Dynamics 365 (D365) F&O, SCM and CE ERP implementations, and complex digital transformation projects across multiple industries.
About the Role
As Programme Director, you’ll take full ownership of the programme’s successful delivery, focusing on scaling operations, managing globally dispersed teams, and aligning business processes with the overall transformation roadmap. You’ll drive delivery excellence, engage with senior stakeholders at the highest level, and collaborate across global teams to lead meaningful change.
Responsibilities
To succeed in this role, you’ll:
- Lead and recover complex, multi-region transformation programmes.
- Oversee the successful implementation of D365 F&O, CE, and HR solutions.
- Build and manage high-performing delivery teams across different time zones.
- Support vendor selection, contract negotiation, and partner onboarding.
- Deliver significant business change, including ERP consolidation, organisational design, and process optimisation.
- Develop robust governance frameworks to ensure delivery success within budget and timeline constraints.
- Cultivate strong relationships with C-level executives and external partners to ensure alignment with business objectives.
About You
We’re looking for someone with:
- Proven experience leading global transformation programmes with budgets exceeding £50M.
- A track record of multiple successful go-lives and hypercare phases.
- Strong expertise in business transformation, target operating model design, and change management.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with experience working at CxO and board level.
- The ability to lead and inspire globally dispersed teams under time-critical conditions.
- Previous experience in private equity-backed environments or M&A integration is highly desirable.
