Location: Hybrid (Occasional travel to offices in Hemel Hempstead)
Contract: Outside IR35
Day rate: Up to 475 per day
Duration: Initial 6 months
Start date: ASAP

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven track record in Product Ownership (5+ years)
- Define product requirements and decompose concept features into workable user stories
- Superior analytical, prioritisation, communication, organisation and negotiating skills
- Must be experienced in full agile development practices
- Familiar with Atlassian products especially Jira & Confluence
- Detail-oriented, cares about the product itself and ensures it satisfies customer needs

Key Responsibilities:
- Produce the long-term vision and roadmap for the technical product stream.
- Continuously review existing backlog in Jira for the technical workstream, identify gaps and update product roadmap.
- Measure and track product value against aim through leading regular demos with relevant stakeholders to review developed product ahead of implementation to production.
- Liaise with other POs ensuring that cross-stream dependencies are identified, planned, tracked, and delivered as agreed for each planned release in the programme roadmap.
