Working across several sites in Manchester & Liverpool areas.

Hours
45 hours per week, Monday to Friday 09:00am - 17:00pm or to meet the demands and objectives of the primary role.
Salary
£35,000 - £40,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities
Below is not an exhaustive list; any other reasonable tasks may be added:
1. Contract Management
- Understanding what has been sold on each contract along with aims/objectives.
- Proactively managing individual risks at each assigned location (portfolio).
- Acting as first point of customer contact.
- Conducting face-to-face meetings at least once a month to discuss performance (KPI) with feedback/actions provided.
- Retaining green service status.
2. Scheduling Ownership
- Proactively identifying areas for recruitment to support 100% contract manning level fulfilment.
- Identifying key failing stores; implementing improvement programmes for guard standards/profile enhancement.
3. Fulfilling all training requirements
4. Complaints handling; incidents/accident investigations
5. Third-party management
6. Customer solutions; efficiencies; value-added services
7. Relevant regional/customer MI/Data analysis leading to effective actions
8. Contract budget/cost control including uniform/training/equipment
9. Contract transition (mobilisation/decommission)
10 Regional Social Value initiatives
11 Evidencing job description success through appropriate reporting/appraisals
12 Recruiting/retaining top talent for effective teams
13 Teamwork/capability building; recognising/rewarding colleagues who excel
14 Implementing positive change/process ownership/compliance/high-performance culture
15 Supporting disciplinary/grievance management/conflict resolution
16 Snap site/colleague checks including out-of-hours
Experience Requirements
What we need from you – skill base requirements:
1. Manager-level security professional with minimum 2 years’ experience in similar environment
2. Experience writing procedures/drafting reports/preparing business cases/control budgets
