Quality Assurance Tester Level III
Job Location: Circus Road South London, England SW11 8BZ (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive manual testing to ensure the quality and functionality of streaming music applications on various platforms (iOS, MacOS, Android, Linux, UNIX).
- Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various testing phases (functional, regression, integration, etc.).
- Identify, document, and track defects and issues using a defect-tracking tool.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand application features and requirements.
- Assist in developing and maintaining automated test scripts using Python to enhance testing efficiency.
- Conduct root cause analysis of identified defects and provide comprehensive documentation.
- Participate in test planning, estimation, and test case review sessions.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in quality assurance and testing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in manual or standard testing methodologies.
- Proficiency in Python for scripting and test automation purposes.
- Basic understanding of automation testing frameworks and tools; API or UI familiarity.
- Familiarity with streaming music platforms and mobile devices (iOS, MacOS, Android).
- Knowledge of Linux and/or UNIX operating systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced & dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with automated testing tools & frameworks (e.g., Selenium; Appium).
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Understanding of continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
- Experience with audio or media streaming technologies.
