Senior Project Manager / Programme Manager
Description
Location: Luton / Hertfordshire. Hybrid Working.
Salary: £750-950 per day, outside IR35, 12 month contract
Company Overview:
Hunter Executive is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager / Programme Manager to deliver a major systems upgrade within a private-equity owned chain of leisure clubs and gyms.
Role Overview:
The successful Senior Project Manager or Programme Manager will be responsible for overseeing a series of inter-related projects to upgrade and introduce new systems, while also focusing on bringing systems and IT support back in-house. This is a critical role that will require extensive stakeholder and executive-level engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of a major systems upgrade within a chain of leisure clubs and gyms
- Implement new systems and introduce related business processes
- Deliver the 'digital enablement' agenda for the business
- Engage with stakeholders and executives across the business
- Occasionally travel to locations in the UK and Europe to oversee projects
Requirements:
- Qualified to PRINCE2, Agile or MSP standard
- Experience in implementing systems such as Helpdesk, booking & membership systems, finance systems, and HR systems
- Experienced in recruiting and assembling project and programme teams
- Ability as a Senior Project Manager / Programme Manager to set up PMO and recruit business analysts
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
