Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
15+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O), including architecture, implementation, and customization.
Extensive experience in architecting and delivering end-to-end ERP solutions.
Proven expertise in
Dynamics 365 F&O
modules including Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of Azure cloud architecture and integration with Dynamics 365.
Solid understanding of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and its integration with Dynamics 365.
Experience in leading large-scale ERP transformations, particularly in financial services, manufacturing, retail, or similar industries.
Proficiency with AL, X++, and other relevant development frameworks for Dynamics 365.
In-depth knowledge of system integration patterns, web services, data migration, and best practices for implementing scalable, high-performing systems.
Expertise in Dynamics 365 security, roles, and data security best practices.
Ability to lead solution workshops and provide consultative advice to clients on system design and implementation.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
