- Staffordshire
- 3 days a week in the office
- 2 days a week remote

Job Overview:
The Cybersecurity Project Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and management of various cybersecurity projects within the organization. This role will ensure that all cybersecurity initiatives are completed on time, within budget, and according to defined scope and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience along with a solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Execution:
- Lead and manage end-to-end project life cycles for cybersecurity initiatives, including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including IT, security, compliance, and other departments, to achieve project objectives.

2. Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status risks timelines.
- Collaborate with senior leadership define goals priorities deliverables.
Manage expectations resolve issues conflicts arise during course.

3 Risk Management:
Identify potential risks develop strategies mitigate them within scope Conduct regular assessments adjust minimize threats

4 Cybersecurity Knowledge Compliance:
Ensure comply relevant laws regulations industry standards Stay updated latest trends best practices remain proactive protecting sensitive data systems Work closely security teams integrate requirements lifecycle

5 Resource Management:
Oversee allocation utilization effectively Ensure necessary tools training support succeed roles

6 Reporting Documentation:
Create maintain detailed documentation plans timelines budgets reports Provide status senior management Track performance adjust strategies meet deadlines

7 Quality Assurance:
