Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a passionate Electrical Supervisor to lead their electrical team, ensuring their vessels and equipment are always at peak performance and meet the highest safety standards.
Primary Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Lead the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems on state-of-the-art vessels and equipment.
- Design and implement dynamic work schedules for the electrical team.
- Conduct thorough inspections of electrical systems and components, ensuring they exceed safety and operational regulations.
- Provide expert technical guidance and support to the team, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Manage equipment inventories and ensure timely replacements, keeping operations seamless.
Technical Profile Requirements:
- Experience in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record in a supervisory role within electrical operations.
- Mastery in electrical system design and analysis.
- Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, PowerCAD, or other cutting-edge electrical design software.
- Expertise in PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers) and SCADA systems.
- Significant experience within the maritime environment.
- Willingness to travel worldwide, up to 90% of the time, moving from site to site.
