The Role:
Digital Marketing Lead
We're looking for a seasoned digital marketer with a proven track record of implementing successful digital marketing strategies. As part of Enterprise Marketing + Communications for Cox Automotive Europe this role will be based in the UK.

Your Mission:
- Own performance across digital channels leveraging data insights to optimise campaigns enhance brand visibility drive customer acquisition retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams ensuring alignment across European business units while maintaining cohesive digital strategy.
- Develop implement optimise corporate digital marketing strategy ensuring alignment overarching business objectives driving brand consistency maximising engagement.
- Oversee end-to-end campaign planning execution optimisation across channels such as SEO PPC email display.
- Deliver regular reports insights stakeholders highlighting performance trends opportunities improvement.
- Leverage analytics tools make data-driven decisions continuously optimise campaigns.
- Manage budgets effectively ensuring maximum ROI from digital investments.
- Ensure compliance risk effectively managed across all digital marketing activities including data privacy GDPR adherence platform security.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends tools technologies identify opportunities innovation growth.
- Serve as central point expertise providing guidance support teams matrix structure.

What You Bring:
Extensive experience broad range digital marketing channels proven track record lead generation brand building best practices in digital marketing tools.

Proven experience leading strategies campaigns preferably matrix organization.

A degree (or equivalent) in digital marketing or business studies IDM or CIM certification ideal.

Proficiency with technology tools platforms (ideally Salesforce).

Strong expertise SEO PPC social media email web analytics tools.

Exceptional stakeholder management skills ability influence align teams different regions functions.

Experience managing budgets optimising ROI in digital marketing efforts.

Analytical mindset track record using data inform decision-making strategy.

Excellent communication leadership skills ability inspire mentor teams.
