Job Description
The Human Resources (HR) division strives to attract and develop talent from across the globe though we highly emphasise on retention and promotion of the most talented workforce from within the organisation. The HR division is comprised of many smaller teams who focus on specific functions such as recruitment administration learning development benefits data analytics.

Person Specification/Skills Required
The HR Intern provides support to Tag HR EMEA. You will be responsible for managing a variety of HR tasks as well as projects initiatives. You will be the point of contact for both internal external clients you will be responsible for responding to a variety of their queries.

In addition to working with EMEA HR team you will also liaise with HR Operations HRIS team HR Support you will also have full understanding Jira Workday platform.

Responsibilities
- Undertaking a variety day-to-day administrative tasks HR related queries ensuring compliance with company policies internal processes rules such as managing new starter inductions probations changes T&C’s employment.
- Liaise directly with Talent Acquisition HRSupportEMEA ensure Workday is up-to-date includes necessary documents data new starters including but not limited Passport/Right Work Documents/Contracts/Personal Data.
- Work with HR Business Partners ensure tracker kept up-to-date probations maternity paternity general employee relations casework.
- Working wider team coordinate regular induction events new joiners.
- Working our Project consultant data analytics projects.
- Ensuring all data correctly captured System (Work Day) including starters leavers freelancers notice periods probation periods.
- Responsible maintaining accurate data running reports from Workday support ensuring inaccuracies flagged.
- Manage return annual appraisals Line Managers saving appraisals employee record.
- Responsible management JIRA inbox responding assigning enquiries timely manner escalating Business Partners timely manner necessary.
- Advise informal Employee Relations issues per Company Policies Procedures support formal hearings notetaker.
- Coordinating exit interviews collating feedback wider team including Engagement via Survey Monkey
- Coordinate training events ensuring done timely manner
- Working ad hoc projects initiatives – Diversity Inclusion events Health Wellbeing
