Role Overview
This role is crucial in embedding agile principles, fostering collaboration, and enabling continuous improvement across the business. You'll play a key part in supporting teams, leaders, and stakeholders as they adopt agile ways of working to deliver business value efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Championing agile thinking and a growth mindset, promoting best practices across teams.
- Supporting the implementation of agile methodologies and improving delivery models.
- Coaching teams and individuals on agile frameworks, tools (Jira, Confluence, Miro), and ways of working.
- Collaborating with Product, IT, and Business teams to improve processes, governance, and business agility.
- Helping to recruit and train key agile and product-related roles across easyJet.
- Identifying and removing impediments that impact team performance and effectiveness.
- Partnering with leadership to drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimise workflows.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or similar role in agile transformation.
- Strong knowledge of agile, lean, design thinking, and XP practices (certifications desirable).
- Experience working in both agile and waterfall environments with the ability to tailor approaches accordingly.
- Excellent stakeholder management and coaching skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Hands-on experience using agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Miro.
- Strong facilitation and training skills able to mentor teams and drive engagement.
- A passion for continuous improvement enabling high-performing teams.
