Description
Summary:
The role of Senior UX Designer involves leading the design of digital products in a contract capacity within an Agile environment. The designer will be responsible for translating product specifications and user psychology into intuitive user experiences through research, prototyping, and user testing. The position requires the creation of wireframes, mockups, and user flows optimized for various devices, while also addressing design problems with effective solutions. The contract is outside IR35, with an initial duration of 6 to 12 months and potential for long-term extensions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand product specifications and user psychology.
- Create product vision through research, sketching, prototyping, and user-testing experiences.
- Translate design concepts into wireframes, mockups, user flows, and prototypes.
- Design user stories, user journeys, wireframes, and mockups for various devices and interfaces.
- Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
- Evaluate applicable interaction models and their results.
- Understand business metrics and translate company goals into digital experiences.
- Utilize industry tools like Adobe, Zeplin, OmniGraffle Illustrator,and Sketch.
