Project Scope
Within the framework of company's values, policies, and contract commitments (including HSES, quality, time & cost), the Project Manager is accountable for project timely delivery and Profit & Loss by managing all project activities and resources while ensuring client satisfaction. Responsible for the application of the well-being policy and the deployment of the ESG roadmap on his project.
Responsibilities
- Ensures that the project is planned, organized, and executed in accordance with the Business Management System.
- Ensures project execution within time, budget, and QHSES requirements by allocating resources, managing risks, opportunities, and changes.
- Builds and maintains a relationship with the customer and other stakeholders associated with the Project (partners, subcontractors, vendors ...). Serves as the single point of contact for the customer.
- Responsible for performance on assigned projects.
- Creates a quality-oriented work climate that encourages client satisfaction among team members.
- Organizes and manages Project team respecting diversity; implements TEN core values.
- Contributes to quotation process; provides management-related information such as schedules/budgets.
- Ensures timely internal/external reporting.
- Manages/informs/leads project team by setting/monitoring performance targets.
- Contributes to people development by interfacing with department teams.
- Guarantees achievement or improvement of Profit & Loss forecasts; ensures coordination interfaces are managed effectively.
- Conducts risk assessments/develops mitigation strategies; leads integrated team charter development.
Experience And Skills Required For This Role
- Bachelor's degree or higher degree in Engineering or related field.
- Extensive experience in engineering/project management focusing on offshore facilities assessment/life extension studies.
- Significant industry experience particularly in offshore projects/large scale FEED feasibility studies required; Middle East Projects preferred.
- Fluency in English required along with strong leadership/team management skills; excellent time management/verbal/written communication skills needed too!
- Strong interpersonal skills/good decision-making abilities essential here! Ability manage multiple priorities/work under pressure also necessary! Proficiency using relevant software/tools expected alongside knowledge regarding industry standards/regulations applicable todayβs marketplace!
