Rate: £440 (Outside of IR35)

Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions.
- Guide teams in applying Agile best practices to improve efficiency, collaboration, and delivery.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, UX Designers, and Business Analysts to ensure smooth workflow and alignment with project goals.
- Ensure alignment with GDS principles, including user-centered design, iterative development, and accessibility standards.
- Support teams in achieving high levels of performance, ensuring continuous improvement and delivery of value.
- Drive adoption of Agile methodologies across teams and stakeholders.
- Advocate for a DevOps mindset and encourage best practices in software development and deployment.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development teams.
- Strong understanding of GDS frameworks and experience working on public sector digital services.
- Experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
