Description
We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer with strong Python programming, Linux expertise, and a solid understanding of DevOps principles to join a team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in cloud automation, orchestration with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and CI/CD pipeline delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and optimise CI/CD pipelines to support efficient software delivery.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform, Ansible, and other IaC tools.
- Work with cloud automation and orchestration to enhance deployment processes.
- Ensure seamless integration and consumption of RESTful APIs within applications.
- Utilize Jenkins, GitHub, GitLab CI/CD, and other automation tools for software deployment.
- Collaborate with development teams to improve DevOps processes and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Linux-based infrastructure and deployment issues.
Experience:
- Proficient in Python programming for scripting and automation.
- Strong experience with Linux systems administration.
- Deep understanding of DevOps methodologies and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
- Expertise in cloud automation and orchestration using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools.
- Experience working with Jenkins, GitHub, GitLab CI/CD Pipelines for automation.
- Hands-on experience consuming and integrating RESTful APIs.
