About The Role
We're seeking a passionate Solution Consultant to help our clients get the most out of the dotdigital platforms. As a Solution Consultant you would join our ever-growing Solutions Consultancy team.

Our Solutions Consultancy team collaborates and provides exclusive consultancy to our Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure we provide the best technical solutions for our client's needs. Unlike other businesses; our Solutions Consultants don't just demo all day; instead they focus on understanding clients' technical solutions to ensure long-term customer success.

Our Solutions Consultants have the right tools and knowledge to provide technical consultancy throughout the sales lifecycle and beyond. We always go one step further; often building POCs to demonstrate our platform's capabilities.

You will be required to be a technical entrepreneur; innovative in showing clients how platforms can be configured to meet their needs.Imagine a client seeking a unique tailored solution - it's up you envision what's possible & define requirements.

Your skills in solutions analysis & documenting stakeholder requirements will ensure that client's expectations are always exceeded.As liaison internal client & partner development teams your role will shape these endless possibilities.As Solution Consultant you will be expected platform guru.Full training support provided so you're ready discuss extensive platform capabilities including API.You must communicate effectively different levels stakeholders giving them confidence dotdigital suitable their needs.Every day is different for Solution Consultants who continually growing adapting.We regularly have training days always looking better ourselves.We're incredibly passionate about advising consulting ensure all stakeholders have positive experience.Internally strive personal development support mindfulness well-being outset.

Roles And Responsibilities
- Working closely with Sales/Account Management Custom Solutions Professional Service teams supporting them across entire sales lifecycle.
- Translating clients' prospects' email marketing requirements into technical solutions using both pre-sales business analysis skills.
- Building POCs in platform effectively demonstrate your solutions.
- Working global clients partners at all levels seniority roles including sales technology marketing development project management.
- Communicating confidently individuals across global business gather information through verbal written communications.
- Delivering presentations online demonstrations promote dotdigital platform prospects clients.
- Analysing writing client requirements global Custom Technical Solutions team create functional specifications.
- Cross-departmental organisation project management pre-sales completion RFIs RFPs.
- Providing new client technical briefings alongside Project Managers onboarding.
- Training new employees benefits functionality platform.
- Providing feedback Product team help shape products.

About You
3+ years' experience in Solution Engineer/Consultant/Architect Role
Self-motivated innovative strong problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills written verbal
3+ years' experience data analysis (ETL DB) Business Analysis
Create articulate process diagrams including flows Use Case Diagrams (UML)
2+ years applied experience web development languages (e.g HTML CSS Javascript) REST APIs beneficial but not necessary
Email marketing industry experience beneficial but not necessary
Essential intermediate knowledge eCommerce CRM Solutions (Magento/Salesforce/Shopify/Dynamics)
Essential intermediate knowledge Office 365 Suite Postman
