Role Overview
We are seeking a talented .NET Backend Developer to join our software team and help build innovative products focused on production, facility, and business automation. This role is pivotal in shaping the backbone of our solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
Initial Focus
Initially, the role will focus on a series of facilities in central London, supporting automation and integration efforts across key sites. As our platform evolves, you will have the opportunity to work on broader industry-wide solutions, contributing to a scalable, distributed system that enhances creative and operational workflows.
Contract Details
This role is initially a (full-time) independent contractor with the opportunity to convert to full-time. As a contractor this role is initially outside IR35. This job starts at $70.000 USD/£55,000 GPB.
Required Experience
- 3+ years experience in cross-platform C#/DotNet software development
- Primarily in projects using DotNet v5 and above
- Cross-platform desktop or mobile application development in a XAML-based environment (Avalonia/WPF/WinUI)
- MVVM-style development
- Git
Useful Experience
- ASP.NET Core
- Previous working in a role related to entertainment technology,
real-time graphics or gaming.
- Skills in a lower-level language - C/C++/Rust.
