Role Overview:
We're seeking a talented individual who is passionate about social, content creation, and sustainable fashion. You’ll be responsible for driving our brand’s social presence, creating engaging content, and bringing Kind Bag to life on digital platforms. You would be the face of the brand, in front of the camera regularly on social. This is a part-time role, 24 hours per week, across 3 days per week, on a 3-month contract.
Responsibilities:
- Execute the social media strategy to grow Kind Bag’s presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Plan, schedule, and publish posts while ensuring a consistent brand voice and tone.
- Monitor engagement; respond to comments; interact with our community.
- Report directly to the Marketing Manager while delivering their social strategy.
- Create high-quality videos using iPhone apps (Capcut etc).
- Be the face of the brand!
- Film, edit and produce videos.
- Appear in front of the camera as needed to present features; explain our products; interact with the audience.
- Track social media metrics and campaign performance; share insights to inform future content and ad strategies through weekly check-ins with Marketing Manager.
Requirements:
- Comfortable appearing in videos; engaging with audiences on camera.
- A creative eye for detail; ability to produce visually compelling content.
- Excellent organisational skills; strong communication skills.
- Fast content turnaround - posting daily across all channels while creating edits for ad creatives.
- Experience using phone editing apps (e.g., Capcut).
- Experience using Photoshop/Canva for designing social posts.
