Job Summary:
The Product Owner for HR/CRM Systems will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and optimisation of Workday and Salesforce systems. This role requires a strategic leader with a deep understanding of both platforms to drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organisation.

Reports To:
Head of Enterprise Applications

Key Responsibilities:
- Product Vision and Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for Workday and Salesforce systems, aligning with business objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure Workday and Salesforce solutions align with business objectives.
- Backlog Management: Prioritise and manage the product backlog, ensuring that development efforts are focused on delivering maximum value.
- Process Improvement: Partner with various departments to identify and implement process improvements leveraging Workday's capabilities.
- Compliance/Audit & Security: Ensure Workday & Salesforce systems comply with regulatory/audit requirements while maintaining high standards of data security & privacy.
- Training & Support: Develop & deliver training programs for end-users while providing ongoing support ensuring effective use of Workday/Salesforce systems.

Qualifications:

Experience:
- Proven experience in managing Workday/Salesforce systems including implementation/optimisation.

Leadership:
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing/developing a team.

Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Workday/Salesforce modules/related technologies.

Project Management:
- Demonstrated ability managing complex projects delivering results on time/budget.

Communication:
- Excellent communication skills engaging/influencing stakeholders at all levels.

Problem-Solving:
- Strong analytical/problem-solving skills focusing on continuous improvement.

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Business Administration or related field; certifications are a plus (Workday/Salesforce).

You have a deep understanding of Workday & Salesforce processes optimized effectively; you're strategic thinking translating business needs into effective configuration; passionate about leveraging technology driving efficiency/improving employee experiences; collaborative leader building strong relationships inspiring teams achieving their best; strong knowledge across multiple platforms (Workday/Salesforce/Xactly/Pardot); experienced integrations/reporting/projects/security management; able manage/prioritise work teams across multiple systems; experienced transformation projects/programmes implementing/systems improving processes through re-engineering; good experience educating stakeholders regarding related processes translating wider business impacts; able identify problems defining root causes determining/proposing solutions translating technical expertise into guidance implementing improvements/addressing user issues mapping processes outlining risks/controls experienced data analysis/manipulation/reporting managing system budgets exercising cost containment/reduction excellent analytical quantitative problem-solving critical thinking skills keen attention detail.
