- Restoration: external mansion block repair schemes and internal common part refurbishment.
- Cladding remediation: design and build contracts replacing combustible cladding to residential high-rise buildings.
- Fire compartmentation: certified fire door installation, repair and maintenance, compartmentation schemes and installation of fire detection and suppression systems.

Job Purpose
The Site Managers role is to manage the Company’s liabilities day to day on our sites normally under a JCT MW 2016 or Intermediate Form of Contract. They are the first point of responsibility in delivering the project supported by the contracts managers, and should be able to deal with all queries on site. You will be able to support other site managers with training, development and offer mentorship and guidance for the production team based on your knowledge and experience.

Main Duties
- Uploading all site records to Buildertrend.
- Planning weekly site plans for labour and materials.
- Understanding scope of works and monitoring adherence to specification.
- Assisting when required in carrying out work in order to complete the projects to deadlines.
- H & S - monitoring on site and filling out site H & S file.
- Assisting with quantifying mid-contract.
- Submitting valuations of sub-contractor's work.
- Coordinating Sub-contractor start dates and managing on-site.
- Managing the budget aiming to reduce overall costs without compromise on quality deliverance.
- Managing the works.
- Liaise with residents, clients, and sub-contractors.
- Managing the project in line with contract ensuring deadlines are met whilst balancing deliverance quality.
- Identify need for producing job specific RAMS.
- Conduct condition/quality surveys/snags reports.
- Assist with QA reporting for monthly CIR Scheme
- Seek instruction for Provisional Sums
- Keeping site records including a daily diary/all Health & Safety inspections
- Managing flow of materials/plant
- Ordering materials
- Contribute fortnightly client updates
- Tool box talks
- Overseeing all works compliant BM Trada regulations/all compliance record keeping up-to-date

Person Specification
A minimum of 2 years experience working with Fire remediation or door installation under a 3rd party fire scheme such as BM Trada or FIRAS
Excellent communication skills
Sound knowledge of building technology
Proactive/clear approach problem solving
Lead by example
Drive succeed modern growing Company
