Role Overview
We are seeking Master’s and PhD students to join Lumi as Innovation Facilitators. In this role, you will lead and mentor university students through Lumi’s interactive learning experiences, helping them develop critical thinking, digital fluency, and problem-solving skills. As a facilitator, you will guide participants through real-world challenges, supporting their learning journey while gaining valuable teaching and leadership experience. This is a flexible, remote, part-time role ideal for postgraduate students looking to apply their expertise in an innovative learning environment while enhancing their facilitation, communication, and AI literacy skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Lumi Quests: Lead and mentor students as they tackle industry-relevant challenges by applying AI and design thinking principles.
- Encourage Innovation: Guide students in refining ideas by conducting research and developing real-world solutions.
- Provide Constructive Feedback: Support participants in developing their skills through structured feedback and reflective discussions.
- Foster Collaboration: Cultivate a dynamic and inclusive learning environment that encourages creativity and teamwork.
- Support Learning & Growth: Stay engaged with Lumi’s evolving curriculum while contributing insights to improve facilitation techniques.
Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for motivated and passionate Master’s and PhD students who are:
- Academically Strong: Currently pursuing or holding a Master’s or PhD in any field with a passion for interdisciplinary learning.
- Excellent Communicators: Strong facilitators who can guide discussions engage participants provide clear feedback.
- Curious & Problem-Solving Oriented: Interested in AI design thinking entrepreneurship or digital innovation.
- Collaborative & Organised: Able to manage group dynamics support student engagement coordinate effectively in a remote setting.
