Role Overview:
As a Scrum lead of a team of individuals in a specific area of digital expertise, you will be a crucial player in driving our digital initiatives forward in our agile organization. Our agile operating model consists of two components – Digital Capability and Digital Execution. Digital Execution is about aligning multiple missions around business goals and facilitating collaboration on a larger scale. Digital Capability focuses on the growth and development of individuals within a specific expertise area. This dual structure enables us to scale agile practices efficiently while maintaining a focus on both product development and individual skill enhancement.
Responsibilities:
1. Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
2. Remove Impediments: Identify and remove any obstacles or blockers that affect the team’s performance.
3. Ensure Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment where communication is open and transparent among team members.
4. Coach and Mentor: Provide support and training to help the team embrace and implement Agile Scrum methodologies effectively.
5. Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between the Value team and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and understanding of progress and needs.
6. Promote Continuous Improvement: Encourage and lead efforts for continuous improvement in processes and practices based on retrospective outcomes.
7. Maintain Agile Tools: Oversee and ensure the accurate maintenance of all documentation related to progress and actions in Agile tracking systems.
8. Guard and Enforce Scrum Principles: Safeguard and reinforce Scrum principles, practices, processes by understanding their importance functionality within the organization.
9. Monitor Value Team(s) Progress: Track communicate team velocity sprint/release progress to all affected parties.
10. Conflict Resolution: Help resolve interpersonal conflicts issues within the team to ensure productive working environment.
11.Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members within practice across other digital business units.

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s degree Computer Science Information Systems Business Administration or related field
2.Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) similar Agile certification preferred
3.Proven experience as Scrum Master similar role Agile projects
4.Strong knowledge Agile methodologies frameworks like Scrum Kanban etc
5.Experience Azure Boards
6.Excellent interpersonal communication facilitation skills
7.Ability handle multiple tasks work under pressure
8.Strong problem-solving skills attention detail
