Recruitment Overview
I am currently recruiting for a freelance Quantity Surveyor for a main contractor based in South West London to work on new build commercial projects ranging in value from £5 to £30 million for the next 12 weeks.
Role Requirements
I need the suitable candidate to work with the estimating team on a number of tender enquiries that are coming through.
Key Duties
- Help with sub-contractor returns
- Work through live tenders
- Help with breakdown of costs for each tender
- Each package has circa 7/8 subcontractors
- Each tender has circa 30 enquiries
Compensation and Work Schedule
My client are looking to pay a competitive day rate with the position looking to start ASAP and can be either a 4 or 5 days a week role with remote working.
