Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the technical architecture applied for the implementation of the end-to-end Infrastructure, Cloud & Security Services (Wintel, Linux, DB, Storage, VMware, Citrix, Microsoft, Workplace, Office 365, Cloud Security SIEM etc.)
- Interacting with the Customer Enterprise Architect to ensure that the Services delivered are aligned with reference architecture guidelines principles policies and technology service standards.
- Experience in large technology implementation migrations & deployments.
- Experience in coexistence or similar scenarios during company separation for seamless access to parent enterprise services.
- Must have expertise in handling Applications and infrastructure architecture discussions with customers.
- Develop a vision and roadmap for Infra Cloud & Security Services as directed by customer that address changing business technical needs.
- Proactively bringing new innovative technical service solution suggestions to customer as required defined in Agreement.
- Ability to ensure that services technology are compliant with internal external rules policies.
- Strong capability to research develop new solutions meet business requirements for technology service architectures.
- Ability understand select tools implement service delivery performance measurements required performance management.
Qualifications:
- Training experience in IT Enterprise Architecture including The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF).
- 12+ years of experience in Services technologies for small large sized organization.
- TOGAF training would be desirable.
- IT technical certifications desired related scope components tools services.
- A bachelor’s degree in business technology or related field.
