Are you ready to shape the future of virtual and augmented reality? Our client is seeking a talented Content Designer to join their innovative Content Design team. In this exciting role, you’ll help craft simple, intuitive experiences that resonate with users across a range of devices and platforms.
About the Role:
As a Content Designer, you will:
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create engaging product flows, new features, and compelling in-product language.
- Shape the user experience for the First Party Spaces product, defining what the next generation of in-house products looks like.
- Design for both 2D and 3D experiences, contributing to events and tools that connect users around the world.
- Tackle complex design challenges with creativity and strategic thinking, all while navigating the ever-evolving landscape of mixed reality and virtual reality.
What You'll Do:
- Craft Clear Content: Write, edit, and test in-product language that helps users achieve their goals.
- Visualise Ideas: Create high-fidelity design mocks using Figma and co-author wireframes that drive decision-making.
- Collaborate: Work with engineering, research, marketing, and data science teams to bring products from concept to launch.
- Systematise: Apply systems thinking to define extensible design system guidance and conduct audits of existing experiences.
- Innovate: Identify and lead projects that span multiple teams, always looking for ways to enhance user experiences.
Who You Are:
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- Experience: Solid years in UX writing or content design, especially within the mixed reality or virtual reality space.
- Portfolio: A robust portfolio showcasing your ability to simplify complex ideas and execute at a high level. Please note - portfolio is a must.
- Collaboration Skills: Proven experience working with product managers, engineers, and designers in a tech environment.
- Strategic Thinker: Strong ability to navigate ambiguity, make sound judgments,and shape product narratives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with accessibility and internationalisation in content design.
- Familiarity with taxonomyand event creation within the tech industry.
