Role Overview
OM Digital Solutions is looking for an experienced and proactive Marketing Operations Manager to join our Pro Audio team. This dynamic role focuses on managing all marketing activities related to Pro and Consumer Audio, supporting Territory Managers and Key Accounts in developing successful marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Agency & Vendor Management – Define scope, negotiate contracts, and ensure deliverables align with company goals.
- Website & Content Management – Oversee the Global Pro Audio website and localized content, ensuring brand consistency.
- Online & Social Media – Manage digital campaigns, social media, and online promotions.
- Internal Collaboration – Develop marketing programs with regional teams and key dealers.
- Product Launches – Plan and coordinate all aspects of new product releases, including press releases and marketing assets.
- Creative Asset Management – Oversee the production of ads, banners, videos, and promotional materials.
- Marketing Calendar & Budget – Track marketing activities, budgets, and ROI.
- Competitor & Market Analysis – Conduct product comparisons and identify sales opportunities.

Qualifications
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field
- Experience in consumer electronics, audio or technology is a plus
- 5+ years of experience in marketing; preferably in marketing operations, product marketing or marketing communications
- Strong background in managing marketing campaigns; agencies; sales support materials
- Experience with Marketing Automation & CRM tools
- Knowledge of website & content management systems
- Basic understanding of Google Analytics; Google Ads; SEO principles
- Experience in managing agencies; vendors; analyzing marketing performance; creating sales enablement materials
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
- Ability to work across teams
- Strong project management skills
- Up to 20% travel required
