With a small but dedicated People team focused on Recruitment, People Operations, and Advisory, we are looking for a senior HR development expert to build frameworks and initiatives that drive employee growth and organizational development.In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing people programs, translating strategic visions into tangible outcomes. You will work closely with leadership and key stakeholders to foster a culture of learning, performance, and development across the organization. We have high ambitions both for our organization, platform, and our customers, and we know that teamwork is the core fundament of our success.What You'll DoOrganizational Development: Design and implement strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness and align with business goals Culture and Engagement: Develop and execute action plans based on employee engagement surveys to improve workplace satisfaction. Champion DE&I initiatives as our Cultural Intelligence training, ensuring they are embedded across the organization. Serve as a trusted advisor on organizational and cultural mattersCareer Path Development: Create and maintain clear career path frameworks to support employee growth and retention. Help us continue to diversify our talent pipeline, and think differently about how we grow our talentTraining and Development: Own the internal training program, in close collaboration with our L&D organization. Monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives and continuously refine programs to ensure impact. Leadership Development: Design and deliver leadership development programs to equip current and future leaders with the skills needed to succeed. Provide coaching and mentorship to leaders to foster a high-performing leadership culture.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with senior management, L&D and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of People development initiatives with business objectives.Develop, design and implement people initiatives, bridging strategic visions to actual outcomeAs you will be a part of a smaller HR team, then some additional HR ad hoc tasks must be expectedYour profile Relevant bachelor or master’s degree in HRM, Organizational development or similar. Proven track record (5-8 years) in developing and implementing strategic People projects that makes a differenceWe expect you to be innovative and think out of the box and come with a different approach to people growth than the classical oneYou are a “do’er”, with strong project management capabilities; taking responsibility for your projects and ensuring your projects are well implemented in the organizationHigh business English skills both verbal and written It will be an advantage, if you have experience from a midsize international software organization.
