- Experience of setting up a PMO.
- Open and adaptable approach, willing to get stuck in to the work rather than delegate tasks out.

Core Duties:
To provide programme management and planning support to the Operational Asset Management/OAM Programme, Project and Change Managers. Working with the Corporate Transformational Office, IT PMO, Finance for activities such as coordinating and communicating reporting.

Core Skills and Experience Required:
- PMO - maintaining Programme Controls
- Project Management
- Stakeholder engagement
- Report preparation, both regular and ad hoc
- Analysis of Programme performance
- Managing the continuous improvement of Programme Delivery including Lessons learned, improvement action plans.
