Job Description
We are looking for graduates to be part of our ambitious business transformation program. Youll have an interest in the UK's clean energy revolution and an appetite to develop.
Youll embark on a 2-year programme where you can kick start a rewarding career, joining a diverse and welcoming team, and where you can really make a difference.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
What you'll do in the first year:
Role
As a Graduate Business Transformation Manager, you will play an important role with immediate contributions. Throughout your first year:
- Applying analytical skills for root cause analysis on business problems.
- Project managing transformation projects across corporate functions.
- Using entrepreneurial skills for data interpretation contributing to Business Cases.
- Leading change initiatives within operational teams including training arrangements.
What You'll Do In The Second Year
As you progress into your second year:
- Opportunity to work across different functions at Warwick HQ or assist global transformation programs.
Skills
By year two's end:
You’ll collaborate with mentors preparing for increased accountability while developing skills like:
- Leading people
- Influencing networks
- Making effective decisions
Education And Experience
We're looking for driven individuals eager about contributing towards transformation while growing their skillset. To succeed you'll need:
A 2:1 degree in any discipline
Excellent communication skills (fluent English)
IT proficiency
Collaborative working ability
Motivation towards challenges
Commercial aptitude & entrepreneurial mindset
Analytical thinking & quick learning capability
