Interim Business Analyst - Day Rate (Outside IR35) We are currently working alongside a leading private equity backed entertainment company in their search for an Interim Business Analyst. The role will run for an initial 6 month period and will be carried out on a hybrid working basis from the Cambridge offices. Our client is currently going through a large period of transformation, the programme that this individual will be supporting focuses on delivering a new value and pricing proposition. Therefore, gathering of pricing data and analysis is key. The ideal candidate will be someone who is very organised, able to manage user trials, curious on how things work and solution focussed. They will also have exceptional stakeholder management and be accustomed to working in matrix organisations. ROLE DESCRIPTION Gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements, ensuring alignment with programme scope.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product development and ensure delivery meets business objectives.Conducting impact assessments, risk analysis, and maintaining documentation.Acting as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.Map “as is” & “to be” processes. Assist in performing test phases and also preparation and content of training.Ability to embed compliance (signoffs and governance) with handover to technical or other teamsWorking with business design authoritiesStrong experience of Agile methods of working This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual to join a leading organisation.
