Position: Senior Mechanical Site Engineer for Paper Machine Installation

Responsibilities:

1. Team Management:
- Lead Engineer and Technician teams, manage their activities for installation processes.
- Manage subcontractor teams, providing direction to ensure smooth progress in installation processes.
- Maintain site organization and optimize workflow efficiency throughout the installation process.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure steady workflow and project alignment.
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop solutions for on-site challenges.

2. Installation Oversight:
- Supervise the installation of machinery and equipment.
- Supervising the execution of works in accordance with project plans, technical specifications and standards.
- Supervise daily installation operations, follow project plans, and organize necessary employment, equipment, and resources.
- Ensure installation activities align with project specifications, technical standards within budgets and quality requirements.
- Provide technical expertise to resolve installation-related issues quickly and effectively.

3. Quality Improvement:
- To guide regular quality inspections with Quality teams to ensure that installation work meets high-quality standards.
- Identify quality issues on-site, provide feedback to relevant teams, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Plan and track corrective actions in case of project deviations or errors.
- Provide regular updates to engineers and managers detailing project advancements encountered issues,and resolution processes.
- Guide Quality teams for document completion of installation activities through inspection reportsand testing records for project handover preparation.

4. Safety Compliance:
- Ensure all installations comply with safety regulationsand standards.

5. Problem-Solving:
- Address any issues that arise duringinstallation or operation.
- Collaboratewith technicalteams tofindsolutions.

6.Documentation:
- Maintain detailed records ofinstallationprocessesandequipment specifications.
- Prepare daily weekly monthly reportsfor managementonproject statusandoutcomes.

Skills Required:

• Bachelor's Degreein Relevant Engineering
• Minimum5 years' experiencein paper industry
• Strongtechnical knowledgeof machineryandinstallationprocesses
• Knowledgeofsafetyandqualitycontrolstandards
• Excellentprojectmanagementandorganizational skills
