Work Environment
We support flexible working requests and have adopted a hybrid approach for most of our office-based roles. We ask employees to be present in the office at least three days per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Take personal responsibility for safety and adhere to HSE Life Saving Rules.
- โLiveโ our Petrofac Values and behaviours and apply them in day-to-day work.
- Super User/Admin of SkillsVX (SVX) Competence & Training System; be the Subject Matter Expert and focal point for all maintenance, development, implementation and improvements of SVX Competence & Training System.
- Focal point for customers and contracts providing user access and support for SVX and competence & training compliance.
- Provide support for Advisors, Contract Support, Assessors, Verifiers and Management with day-to-day activities and improvements.
- Identify areas of improvement within systems/documentation used; work with relevant people/functions to implement improvements.
- Support marketing/communication materials/documentation including applications for tenders/additional Awarding Organisations (AOโs).
- Coordinate/track audit actions; project requests; BMS documents; applications (tenders/AOโs) along with all other processes/documentation.
- Carry out activities ensuring processes are followed/fitting purpose.
- Ensure processes/systems are Consistent/Clean/Compliant.
- Be autonomous/take ownership of own role striving to improve efficiency through process enhancements.
- Take accountability for own actions in line with department processes/procedures.

Essential Qualifications And Skills
- Proficient use of Microsoft applications
- Knowledge of Oil/Gas Industry (or other highly regulated/safety focused industry)
- Proficient use of SkillsVX preferred or another similar online Competence/Training system
- A Business Administration based qualification or demonstrable experience in a similar role
- Ability to work on own initiative
- A proactive attitude/aptitude towards taking on tasks
- Ability to work as part of a team while recognizing support required by others
